Algorithmic matching and AI pre-screening
Every candidate arrives with a score and reasons — not as a pile of CVs.
Tudatos Diák's in-house matching algorithm scores every student–position pair on skills and keywords, distance, language skills and industry experience, with knock-out criteria. Incoming applicants are assessed by AI pre-screening on a 0–10 scale: "Recommended", "Uncertain" or "Not recommended", with strengths, concerns and a plain-language summary. The same algorithm sends students personalised job recommendations by email and push notification — so your ad reaches the people it actually fits.
Who is it for?
- Companies that receive many applicants and do not want to read every CV.
- Roles with hard requirements: language skills, weekly hours, age, verified full-time student status, weekend work.
How does it work?
- 1
Multi-criteria scoring
Skills/keywords, location (same town, 10, 25, 50 km bands; ignored for remote work), language and industry fit — for the latter, previous employment through us and the industry of employers recognised from the CV also count.
- 2
Knock-out criteria
For example: the ad does not accept under-18s, a required language is missing, the weekly hours offered are below what is needed, outside the requested age range, or verified full-time student status is required. A knocked-out candidate stays visible at 0% with the reason. Principle: unknown data is never a knock-out by itself.
- 3
AI pre-screening of applicants
In the Start package, CV analysis: score, summary, strengths, concerns. In the Premium package, a chat-based profile and a recommendation: Recommended / Uncertain / Not recommended. If one of our recruiters gave their own score, that one prevails — you see a single number.
- 4
Recommendations to students
Matching students receive a weekly digest, job alerts and push notifications; the "Interested" button makes applying one click.

“We have always been very satisfied with the TDHR team's expertise, helpfulness and preparedness. Whenever a question or an issue came up, they helped immediately, and they gave us enormous support with recruitment and with employing students as well. We wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.”
“Working with the Tudatos Diák student cooperative is exceptionally smooth and simple. I have experienced great flexibility on their part — they always adapt to our specific needs. I am especially grateful for their quick and helpful responses, and for sharing their broad professional expertise with us. They are reliable partners, and the students they employ are also fully satisfied with them.”
“We began working with the Tudatos Diák student cooperative in 2021. Partner companies choose them primarily for two reasons: client-focused administration and remarkably low service fees. Over the past four years, both have been fully delivered throughout the cooperation with the Continental Group units. The cooperative's contact people responded kindly and quickly to any question almost without exception, and always strove to find the most suitable solution. The process of recruiting and employing students is simple, transparent and predictable.”
Frequently asked questions
- How does Tudatos Diák score candidates?
- With an in-house algorithm based on skills and keywords, distance, language skills and industry fit, with knock-out criteria. The Headhunter Hub shows a 0–100% match, applicants get a 0–10 rating, both with reasons.
- Does the AI decide about candidates?
- No. AI pre-screening gives a recommendation (Recommended / Uncertain / Not recommended) with strengths and concerns; your company makes the decision, and our recruiters can override the AI assessment.
- What happens to someone who fails a mandatory requirement?
- They stay in the list at 0% match with the knock-out reason shown, so you can see why the system does not recommend them.
