The calculation is based on tax regulations in force on 01/10/2025, using a calculated service fee of 330 HUF/hour for student employment and simplified employment (EFO), and 10% of the gross wage for standard employees.

Nincs semmilyen kötelezettség! Szerződéskötést követően elkezdjük a toborzást és ha a kiküldött, előszűrt diákok közül valaki megfelelő lehet, akkor utána van szolgáltatási díjunk.

Igen, a diákok esetén 25 év alatt semmilyen adót nem kell fizetned az átlagbér erejéig.
Az összes diákfoglalkoztatási költséget, beleértve a lejelentési költséget, havi bérszámfejtés díját és a bérkiutalást is.
A szolgáltatási díjunk minimum mértékét a Szövetkezeti törény határozza meg. Ez 2025-ben 298 vagy 357 Ft, ami a minimálbér és a garantált bérminimum óránkénti összegének a 17,8%-a.
Magyarországi és külföldi jogi személyekkel is együtt tudunk működni korlátok nélkül, azonban fontos tudni, hogy a szolgáltatás ÁFA köteles, így az alanyi adómentes szervezetknek ez extra költséget jelenthet.
Minden együttműködésnél a partnereink jelzik, hogy milyen diákokat szeretnének felvenni és ha mi találunk megfelelő jelölteket, akkor a felvétel után bizonyos esetben toborzási díjat, más esetben kizárólag szolgáltatási díjat kell fizetni. Azért sikerdíjas megoldás, mert csak a partner által jóváhagyott diákok után kell fizetni és semmilyen kötelezettség nincs előtte.
Miután jóváhagyjuk a jelenléti íveket (diákok és partnerek) elküldjük egy utolsó ellenőrzésre és megadott óraszámok alapján kiállítjuk a számlát és kiutaljuk a diákoknak járó bért.
