“Working with the Tudatos Diák student cooperative is exceptionally smooth and simple. I have experienced great flexibility on their part — they always adapt to our specific needs. I am especially grateful for their quick and helpful responses, and for sharing their broad professional expertise with us. Tudatos Diák proactively looks for ways to improve, whether it is finding the most suitable candidates or further optimising the digitalisation of processes. They are reliable partners, and the students they employ are also fully satisfied with them.”

“We began working with the Tudatos Diák student cooperative in 2021. In our first exchange of emails, Leonárd Szabó, the cooperative's co-founder, highlighted that partner companies choose them primarily for two reasons: client-focused administration and a remarkably low service fee. Over the past four years, both have been fully delivered in our cooperation across the many units operated by Continental Group. The cooperative's contact people responded kindly and quickly to our questions almost without exception, and always strove to find the most suitable solution. Both recruiting students and the process of employing them is simple, and easy to follow and predictable for the students and the unit managers alike.”

We can count on their continuous support and professional attitude with any question that arises.”

“I can recommend the Tudatos Diák cooperative to everyone. Their professionalism, flexibility, expertise and helpfulness are exemplary. Every process runs smoothly. If only all our partner relationships worked like this. :) I am satisfied not only with their work, but also with how the two students they placed with us approach both work and study.”

The students we have worked with so far have proven to be excellent colleagues, every single one. I have already recommended the service to several people and will keep doing so.”

“For us, the project manager role is a position of great trust — equipment worth millions of forints, a company vehicle, sensitive data — so candidates needed very thorough screening. Fortunately, within 2 weeks they found the best person, someone I can count on every working day. Beyond the workforce, I'm especially pleased with the flexible administration, the friendly team and the extra-fast handling. I look forward to the point in our company's life when we can work with even more TD students. Thank you for your work!”

“We started working with the Tudatos Diák student cooperative less than six months ago. From the very beginning they have been helpful, accommodating and friendly, responding quickly and flexibly in every situation. A youthful, energetic team that is a pleasure to work with. Even in this short time, their continuous development and renewal is clearly visible. They support us in everything from the recruitment process all the way to payment, and pay special attention to client needs.”
