We recruit, we employ — you only pay for the hours actually worked.
Tudatos Diák Student Cooperative recruits student workers for your company free of charge, then employs the hired students as cooperative members: contracts, tax authority (NAV) registration, attendance and payroll are all handled by us. There is no recruitment fee — the service fee is HUF 330/hour (Start) or HUF 382/hour (Premium, with detailed pre-screening), charged only for hours actually worked. You receive a quote within 24 hours, and positions are typically filled in 3–10 days.

Needs assessment and quote
You tell us the role, headcount and schedule; within 24 hours you get a quote tailored to the position, with a published fee.

Multi-channel recruitment
The ad goes out to our own database of 20,000+ students (TudatOS), to Profession.hu and to targeted Facebook groups; in the Premium package, META ads as well.

Pre-screening and scoring
Every candidate gets a score on a 10-point scale, with knock-out criteria. In the Premium package candidates reach you only after detailed pre-screening, and interviews are scheduled in the system.

Employment and billing
We sign the membership agreement with the selected student, register them with the tax authority, track attendance and run payroll. You get one invoice a month for the hours worked.

- You get a quote within 24 hours, recruitment starts within 48 hours of signing, and positions are typically filled in 3–10 days.
- What is the difference between the Start and Premium packages?
- In Start, applicants appear in your account immediately, with their score. In Premium, our recruiters pre-screen them in detail, interviews are organised in the system, and a META ad campaign also runs for the position.
- Do we pay employer contributions on students?
- No. Companies pay no social contribution tax on student-cooperative employment in Hungary; the total hourly cost is typically 35–40% lower than with a regular employment contract.
