Our Journey

2014

Where it all began

We started working together as salespeople at a tourism company, still in high school. Due to the flexible nature of the work, we primarily worked alongside other students.

2016

Promotion and team leadership

Relatively early, at 21, we became leaders of a 70-person department, responsible for human resources and the entire recruitment process.

2018

"Your thesis won't be your life's work"

Both our theses were forgettable, but during the research part, we discovered the world of Student Cooperatives, and the idea that we could do this ourselves started to take hold.

2019

Let's give it a shot!

In 2019, after graduating, we decided to found Tudatos Diák Student Cooperative. Our vision was simple: to create an efficient, innovative, and credible Student Cooperative that operates 100% digitally.

2020

Things don't always go as planned...

In early 2020, there were just news reports about a virus that quickly became known worldwide. We lost our jobs and partners, so we went to learn in the world of multinational corporations!

2022

Part-time Student Cooperative

COVID was slowly ending and we found that partners were coming back. We decided to rent an office and hired our first colleagues.

2023

Full-time Student Cooperative

We quit our jobs and got to work! In the first year, we grew from 3 to 12 people, while revenue went from HUF 80M to 240M. Our confidence was building!

2024

Our first full year together

We founded TDHR Group, published the first national salary survey, internal headcount grew above 25, revenue reached HUF 750M, and we moved to a bigger office.

2025

New internal system and ERP

We finally offer a 360-degree solution for every HR challenge and this year we became the most reviewed and highest-rated Student Cooperative in Hungary. This summer, we launch the most innovative cloud-based ERP system in the domestic student workforce market.
