Since 2019 Tudatos Diák has been connecting students and companies — as a student cooperative, without paperwork, on its own platform. It grew out of a summer student job; today it is the most-reviewed student cooperative in Hungary.

Promotion and team leadership
Relatively early, at 21, we became leaders of a 70-person department, responsible for human resources and the entire recruitment process.

"Your thesis won't be your life's work"
Both our theses were forgettable, but during the research part, we discovered the world of Student Cooperatives, and the idea that we could do this ourselves started to take hold.

In 2019, after graduating, we decided to found Tudatos Diák Student Cooperative. Our vision was simple: to create an efficient, innovative, and credible Student Cooperative that operates 100% digitally.

Things don't always go as planned...
In early 2020, there were just news reports about a virus that quickly became known worldwide. We lost our jobs and partners, so we went to learn in the world of multinational corporations!

Part-time Student Cooperative
COVID was slowly ending and we found that partners were coming back. We decided to rent an office and hired our first colleagues.

We quit our jobs and got to work! In the first year, we grew from 3 to 12 people, while revenue went from HUF 80M to 240M. Our confidence was building!

Our first full year together
We founded TDHR Group, published the first national salary survey, internal headcount grew above 25, revenue reached HUF 750M, and we moved to a bigger office.

New internal system and ERP
We finally offer a 360-degree solution for every HR challenge and this year we became the most reviewed and highest-rated Student Cooperative in Hungary. That summer we launched the most innovative cloud-based ERP system in the domestic student workforce market.

Apps, an algorithm, 20,000 students
We launched the TudatOS Student Job app and the Partner app for iOS and Android, candidates are ranked by our own matching algorithm, and more than 1,400 students filled in our 2026 salary survey. Our database now holds over 20,000 students, and we have received more than 1,300 Google reviews.

We run the student salary survey
In 2024 we published Hungary's first nationwide student salary survey, and we have kept asking students since: how much they earn, how many hours they work, what motivates them. In 2026 more than 1,400 students answered, from 11 industries. Anyone can download the results for free — the market gets better when everyone sees the same numbers.

Where to find us
We work in the A-category Alphagon office building in Budapest's 11th district (1117 Budapest, Dombóvári út 9.), close to tram lines 1, 4-6, 17, 41, 47 and 48. Students and partners are welcome in person on weekdays between 8:00 and 17:00.
