In the Headhunter Hub your company searches Tudatos Diák's database of 20,000+ students itself: the system gives every candidate a match percentage, shows item by item why they fit the role and what is missing, and you send a direct job offer to the ones you pick. Browsing, filtering and ranking are free — only the offers you send use credit. The student's name and contact details stay hidden until they say they are interested.

How does it work?

Search and filter
Filters: age, town and radius (5–100 km), language and minimum level, field of interest, activity, plus up to 8 free-text criteria. Opened from a job ad, the system ranks candidates for that position.

Match % with reasons
Each candidate gets a percentage and an itemised "why they fit / what is missing" breakdown: role, location, language, industry, education, age limit, student status. A knock-out reason shows as 0% with the cause. One click on the job list opens the Top 10 candidates.

Send an offer
Role, location, pay, planned start, weekly hours and a short intro to what the job means at your company — you can ask for an AI draft and edit it before sending. Up to 20 candidates in one go.

"Interested" → full profile and chat
When the student accepts, their name, email, phone and CV unlock and a two-way chat opens. Students can answer from the email in one click and get automatic reminders.
