(3) The Licensee accepts this EULA by downloading, installing or using the Application.
2. § Scope of the License
(1) License grant. The Licensor grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, free-of-charge, royalty-free right to download, install and use the Application for personal/professional purposes on Apple iOS / iPadOS (per App Store Usage Rules) and Google Android (via Google Play).
(2) License restrictions. The Licensee shall not:
- copy, distribute, sell, rent, sub-license or lease the Application;
- reverse-engineer or decompile the source code (except as expressly permitted by mandatory law);
- circumvent protection or security mechanisms;
- use the Application for unlawful purposes or to harm the Licensor's interests;
- use automated tools (bot, scraper) without prior written consent of the Licensor;
- use any unauthorised brand, logo or trademark.
(3) Updates. The Application may auto-update (bug fixes, security patches, new features). The then-current EULA applies to updated versions.
(4) Removal. The Licensee may remove the Application at any time. Server-side account deletion must be initiated within the user interface.
3. § Data Processing Relationship
(1) Detailed terms are governed by the Licensor's then-current Privacy Notice (in particular the mobile application permissions section).
(2) OS-level permissions (notifications, camera, biometrics, etc.) can be withdrawn at any time (iOS → Settings → Privacy; Android → App Permissions).
(3) The TudatOS Karrier app uses certain AI-assisted features (CV analysis, job matching, scoring). The data subject may request human review under Art. 22 GDPR at any time in the relevant app screen or via [email protected].
4. § Third Parties
(1) The Application relies on the following external services:
| Service | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) | iOS push notifications |
| Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) | Android push notifications |
| Apple Sign In | Quick login |
| Google Sign In | Quick login |
| Cloudflare | Network security |
| DigitalOcean | Backend hosting |
(2) The Application does not use geolocation, contacts, or microphone. The Camera is used only in the Karrier app, on explicit user trigger (student-ID photo, profile avatar — 7-day auto-deletion).
5. § Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
(1) The Application is provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis. The Licensor does not warrant error-free operation, continuous availability or device-platform parity. The Licensor exercises reasonable professional care and provides bug fixes.
(2) Limitation of liability. Except for intentional misconduct or harm to life, body or health (Hungarian Civil Code), liability is capped at the license fee paid (in this case: zero, free of charge). Indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages are excluded.
(3) Consumer rights. Mandatory consumer protection rules cannot be limited.
