The 2025 Salary Survey is based on a primary research conducted through a questionnaire and a secondary data analysis. The data collection took place between January 1 and January 31, 2025, during which we interviewed students about their work experience.

The questionnaire, consisting of 21 questions, examined students’ demographic background, level of education, as well as key aspects of remuneration, working conditions, career opportunities, and motivation. Through structured analysis of the collected data, we gained a comprehensive overview of the 2025 student job market.

The 30-page publication provides detailed insights into the latest student wages, employment trends, and the factors influencing students’ choice of workplace.
